From his professional kitchen in Florence Chef Enrico will show you a rare bit of Italian baking! Cantucci are delicious nutty biscuits ‘biscotti’ made with almonds and sometimes pine nuts or other flavors and traditionally dipped in ‘Vin Santo’ a sweet wine at the end of a meal.

We have to support our wonderful experts and local partners here in Italy during this difficult period. Our 30€ ticket price is to cover our costs to run these experiences. Please consider buying a family access if you are a group of people. However, we understand it is a difficult period for everybody and also have an easy access cheaper ticket for those who really need.
