Lunch & Winery Tour at a Noble Tuscan Estate

Visit the stunning winery of Principe Corsini’s Villa le Corti. Enjoy a guided tour of the wine estate followed by a delicious 4 course meal.

A Tuscan Winery Tour like no other

A perfect place not far from Florence to take a winery tour in the typical Chianti countryside among award-winning vines.

Tuscan Wine Estate

Take a trip out to the Tuscan countryside and enjoy a relaxing stroll around the centuries’ old vineyards and winery.

You will see the different phases of the winemaking process. You’ll visit the cool wine cellars, the barrels of French oak, as well as the olive oil press where they make extra virgin olive oil.

After the tour through the grounds and winery you’ll enjoy a light lunch, complete with wine from the estate.

Historic Wine Cellars

The  wine cellar were constructed in 1600. It had enormous dimensions for its time, anticipating a modern model of farm management by 300 years. They transferred production of wine and olive oil from the humble farmers’ homes to the grand cellars and olive mill of the Fattoria (farm).  Now it is still functional, efficient, and affords full utility in wine and olive oil production.

Chianti’s Largest Orciaia

The guided visit takes guests underground, passing through the fermenting rooms for winemaking to the barrel rooms for aging, and finally to the bottling area. The visit also includes one of Chianti’s largest historic orciaia, or olive oil storage areas, and the olive mill.

Wine tasting on location

After the winery tour you’ll enjoy a tasting of a selection of the Villa’s award winning wines.

I would absolutely recommend this tour. We learned and retained much about wine making at an organic winery. Our tour guide was excellent and his method of teaching really helped us to retain the information. So much fun and delicious wines and food!”
