David and the Life of Michelangelo for Kids Tour

Learn about the life of Michelangelo and visit the most famous sculpture in the world! Children and adults alike love seeing Michelangelo’s David. Palazzo Vecchio – Children’s Museum
Hear about some of the strange laws once passed by the government. Some of them even said what colours you could wear! Visit Florence’s Town Hall. These activities are conducted as private tours. Please let us know in the Notes section of your booking which of the options you would like to book, as well as the ages of the children.

Price: excludes any museum entry tickets, as well as pre-reservation fees. Please refer to the section below for further information.

Length: 3 hours

Please note: The cost of museum entry and reservations is additional to the fee. Museum reservation fees and tickets will be an additional 24 euro per adult per museum and children aged 6-17 years (upon presentation of a valid ID with the birthdate) €5 per youth per museum. Children aged 0-5 years are free. After receiving your booking, we will email you a booking form for the museum reservations.

Meeting Point: Our Office Via Sassetti, 1 (see map and directions on how to find us) or at your hotel/apartment if it is located in the main historical center (in which case, please let us know the name of your hotel in the note section of your booking)

Dress code: Backpacks are not allowed in some museums. Please make sure that shoulders and knees are covered for entrance into churches!

Meeting Point

We’ll confirm the meeting point with you after booking.
If you would like a private transfer to the meeting point please choose the optional add-on. You may choose to have the guide meet you at a centrally located hotel.


Knees and shoulders must be covered to enter the churches! Travelling in hot weather? Don’t worry, you can drape a shawl over your shoulders.

If you enjoyed your tour and would like to give your guide a token of appreciation, tips are happily accepted. When asked, the office staff recommends whatever amount you feel comfortable with giving.
